The app is decent overall, though odds have weakened over time. During big fixtures it is often hard to sign in or place a wager—the service feels short on capacity for live betting peaks. Biometric login is frustrating too: one failed scan drops you back to password entry, and after a few tries you can get locked out. Quick bets on match day are not always smooth.

The updated football form guide is hard to read because of the color choices. Wins, losses and draws should use green, red and yellow so results stand out at a glance. White text on yellow in the league table is also tough on the eyes. Please revisit these design tweaks to make browsing much clearer.
